A. McDonald Shoemaker is committed to exceptional craftsmanship; if your footwear does not meet your expectations, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and protective sole films remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our atelier via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original dust bags and box, ensuring all accessories and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outer shipping carton and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
